Friendship defined.

Here’s an excel­lent illus­tra­tion of friendship.

A few months ago, I was in Coombs, BC, where I picked up this great card, which I thought was per­fect for my friend, Chari:

In case you can­’t read it, it says, “I feel sorry for people who don’t get to listen to our con­ver­sa­tions and enjoy our hilariousness.”

I popped it in the mail, because it’s fun to get mail.

A few days later, I got this text from Chari: “Umm…by any chance did you pick up the card you sent me from the little store in Coombs? It looks remark­ably sim­il­ar to the card I bought you there.”

She went on to say, “Now I have spoiled the sur­prise, but COME ON!”

It’s true what they say about great minds think­ing alike! Also… Chari and I know each oth­er rather well, would­n’t you say??

That’s friend­ship, I tell you!
