Thought you might like to know that Matt finally got in to see that specialist who screwed up the telephone appointment so badly. Turns out the guy wasn’t nearly as much of a dick as he seemed at that time. Downright personable, I’m told. Still… First impressions matter, dude. If he hadn’t had the in-person appointment Matt would forever report on that doctor as being a dick.
